Description

1. Technical Troubleshooting

  • Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving software/hardware issues.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on installations, configurations, and system updates.

2. Customer Assistance & Case Handling

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Log and track issues using ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow).

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in tech support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software troubleshooting.
