Hiring post: Technical Writer

Hours: 4 hours daily

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to take ownership of our content management on Freshdesk and Confluence platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of copywriting and graphic design skills, allowing them to create and maintain high-quality, visually appealing documentation that effectively communicates complex information.

Key Responsibilities:

•Regularly update documentation for new features, ensuring our platform content is always up-to-date and accurate.

•Manage and maintain content on Freshdesk and Confluence, ensuring consistency and clarity across all documentation.

•Create, revise, and optimize technical content, including user guides, FAQs, release notes, and internal documentation.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to gather and incorporate feedback into documentation.

•Enhance the visual appeal of documentation through graphic design, making complex information more accessible to users.

Requirements:

1.Technical Writing Experience: Proven experience in managing and creating technical documentation, particularly in a SaaS environment.

2.Content Management: Expertise in managing and updating content on platforms like Freshdesk and Confluence.

3. Copywriting and Graphic Design: Strong copywriting skills combined with a solid foundation in graphic design to create visually appealing and effective documentation.

•Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
