Description
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and other general repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
- Keep maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment in good working condition
Requirements
- With at least 1 year experience as electrician
- With knowledge in roughing ins/wiring
- With knowledge in EMT and Cable Tray
- HS Graduate or vocational with certificate
- With experience in plumbing, carpentry, welding, electrical and general works
- Willing to be assigned in Cainta Rizal
