Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present products and services effectively.
- Record and update customer information in the database.
- Answer questions and address concerns to promote sales.
- Meet assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain a positive attitude and rapport with customers.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, effective sales support, and training capabilities. Proficient in creative problem solving and relationship building.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct cold calls, manage customer relationships, and provide insurance knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be persuasive, resilient, and possess a positive attitude.
