Expectations of the Role
Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve any issues or concerns
Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and showcase our products
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret market data and trends
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales
