Description

  1. Answer emails and phone calls from customers with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy to make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.
  3. Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  4. Must have strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry during calls.
  5. Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and forwarding.
  6. Be adaptable to various industries and client needs.
  7. Must be familiar with telephone systems and call management software
  8. Handle possible unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses
  9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  10. Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product or service features
  11. Remain knowledgeable on products or services offered and discuss available options
  12. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by Management.


Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in Virtual Assistant roles and Sales is a plus.  
  • Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors effectively.Familiarity with telephone systems and call management software.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and forwarding.
  • Adaptability to various industries and client needs.
  • Strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry during calls.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with callers, including those in stressful situations.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance, often in a 24/7 work environment.
  • Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is beneficial but not always required.
  • Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
  • Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
  • Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12 - 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
  • A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
  • Back-up power/internet is a plus
