Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support our USA customer base. 


Candidates must have experience in call center operations and possess excellent English communication skills


  • Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Positive attitude and pleasant phone voice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide information to customers & leads
  • Meet Sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • NO cold calling 

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good command of the English language - Essential for the role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Positive attitude and reliable 


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Computer and Operating System:

  • A reliable computer with a modern operating system (Windows 10 or macOS).
  • Minimum RAM: 8GB (16GB preferred for multitasking).

Internet Connection:

  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload).
  • Backup internet option (e.g., mobile hotspot) in case of outages.

Headset and Microphone:

  • Noise-canceling headset with a built-in microphone for clear communication.
  • Optional: External microphone for improved audio quality.

Software Applications:

  • CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and customer interactions.
  • Communication Tools: Proficiency with VoIP software (e.g., Zoom, RingCentral) and instant messaging platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

Data Management:

  • Ability to use spreadsheets and word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) for outreach and follow-up.

Security Software:

  • Antivirus software to protect against malware and cyber threats.
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) for secure access to company resources and data.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic troubleshooting skills to address common technical issues (e.g., software glitches, connectivity problems).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software quickly.

Backup Systems:

  • Regular data backup solutions (e.g., cloud storage, external hard drives) to prevent data loss.

Ergonomic Setup:

  • Comfortable workspace with an ergonomic chair and desk to support long hours of work.

Multitasking Ability:

  • Proficiency in managing multiple applications and tasks simultaneously during calls.


These technical requirements ensure that a Telesales Agent can perform their duties efficiently and effectively from a remote location.
