We’re hiring a Visual Designer to create high-impact marketing experiences across digital and physical channels. This role plays a key part in shaping the visuals behind direct mail campaigns, events, and digital activations. Ideal for a hands-on designer who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative team setting.

What You’ll Do

• Design Marketing Collateral – Produce engaging, on-brand assets for direct mail, events, and virtual campaigns.
• Create Web Pages – Design clean, functional registration pages using Wix.
• Prepare for Production – Set up and deliver accurate print-ready files.
• Support Campaigns – Build visuals for creative pitches, proposals, and branded content.
• Solve Creatively – Address design challenges with strategic, brand-aligned solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 Years of Experience – Background in graphic design, ideally in a creative or marketing agency.
• Adobe Creative Suite Expertise – Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Wix Design Skills – Able to design attractive and user-friendly pages.
• Strong Portfolio – Showcases work in marketing collateral, direct mail, and event branding.
• Print Knowledge – Understands prepping and delivering production-ready assets.

• B2B Campaign Experience
• Event Branding or Experiential Design Background
• Conceptual Thinking for Creative Pitches
