Description
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Take orders and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill customer requests.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Assist with training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to multitask.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and working evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
