Description
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation is appealing.
- Assist with menu suggestions and answer customer inquiries.
- Handle payments and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operation.
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in waitering preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and able to work well under pressure.
