Description
- Serve food and beverages, manage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously.
- Take orders and provide detailed menu information.
- Assist with table setting and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process payments and handle cash register operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates and students.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, waitering, hospitality, cashiering, and customer-oriented skills are necessary.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, flexibility in hours required.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and adaptable to dynamic situations.
