We are looking for a Branch Manager / Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient logistics, and maintain high service standards in our express delivery branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Manage branch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services.
• Supervise staff performance, including couriers, warehouse personnel, and customer service teams.
• Monitor parcel handling, sorting, and dispatching to optimize workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and service excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, vehicle scheduling, and route optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with regional and headquarters teams for operational updates and reporting.
• Track branch performance metrics, including delivery success rates and customer feedback.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for the branch.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or express delivery operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, logistics software, and tracking systems.
• Preferably residing in Antipolo Rizal or amenable to be assigned there.
