• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train new employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor workflow and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.

Education: High school diploma or GED (required); degree in logistics or related field (preferred).

Experience: 2–5 years in a warehouse role; 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.

• Inventory control & WMS systems
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication & problem-solving

Certifications (preferred): Forklift, OSHA safety, First Aid/CPR.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25–50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods.

Availability: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
