职责：
1.从要件定义开始
2.制定开发计划，控制进度
3.给予技术等团队支持
4.对系统提案和展开课题
5.保证系统交付
Requirements
1.本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先,日语一级以上水平，书面以及听说方面
2.善于沟通与协调，为人踏实，工作认真负责，良好的团队协作精神
3.有在日工作经历及日本留学经历者优先
4.必须5年以上开发经验，有团队管理经验，经验少尚可，至少熟练掌握两种开发语言
