【Job Responsibilities】

1. Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on product requirement documents and design specifications;

2. Execute functional testing, interface testing, and system testing of the product, identify defects and record them promptly, assist developers in diagnosing the root causes of issues, and verify the effectiveness of defect fixes until the issues are resolved and closed;

3. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of test scripts to enhance testing execution efficiency, design and implement automation testing solutions, and build testing frameworks;

4. Design and implement performance testing plans (such as load testing and stress testing), identify performance bottlenecks, submit performance reports, and assist the development team in optimizing system performance;

5. Explore and introduce new testing tools and methods for continuous improvement of testing processes; develop and maintain testing tools to enhance team efficiency;

6. Participate in quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle, assess risks from a testing perspective, propose quality improvement plans, and assist in promoting the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, closely collaborating with development, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project advancement and compliance with product quality requirements;

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in testing for medium to large-scale projects is preferred;

2. Familiarity with functional testing, interface testing, performance testing, user experience testing, etc.;

3. Proficient in at least one programming language and capable of writing test scripts; familiar with testing frameworks (such as Pytest, Robot Framework) and continuous integration tools (such as Jenkins);

4. Knowledge of commonly used testing tools (such as Postman, JMeter, Selenium, LoadRunner, etc.);

5. Ability to perform database operations (proficient in SQL) and verify data accuracy;

6. Clear logical thinking, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions; strong learning ability and self-motivation, capable of rapidly mastering new technologies; possesses good communication and teamwork skills, able to maintain attention to detail and patience in a high-pressure work environment;

7. Experience in test management, able to organize and manage a testing team; holds software testing certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE; experience in testing in areas such as big data, microservices, and blockchain.
