Description

  1. Generate engaging and fresh content for social media platforms.
  2. Create, edit, publish, and share compelling content daily (such as original text, photos, videos, and news).
  3. Initiate, manage, and host community events (Q&A sessions, polls, live streams, giveaways, etc.).
  4. Interact with social media followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and monitor customer comments.
  5. Actively follow Facebook, Instagram, and cryptocurrency Twitter. Identify topics and threads to engage with.
  6. Stay informed about and share local trends, community insights, and news knowledge.
  7. Monitor key performance indicators, traffic metrics, as well as community growth and engagement.
  8. Handle marketing communication tasks.


Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of experience in overseas community and social media operations, fluent in both Chinese and English, with a proactive work attitude.
  2. A deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including key players, trends, technologies, and regulatory environments.
  3. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, while also being a professional problem solver.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across multiple departments and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Adaptable to the rapidly evolving industry, with an awareness of new trends and developments that may impact the future of content creation in the crypto space.
