Description
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst on requirements and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Proficiency in design tools - Figma knowledge preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular JS).
- Experience with UX research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Insurance, wealth management, or Financial Services industry experience would be an advantage
