Penerangan
- Oversee the credit and collections processes, ensuring timely and efficient management of customer accounts
- Analyze customer credit profiles and set appropriate credit limits and terms
- Implement and monitor credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debt exposure
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to identify and mitigate credit risks
- Lead a team of credit and collections specialists, providing guidance, coaching and performance management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the credit and collections function
- Prepare and present regular reports on the company's credit and collections performance
Syarat-syarat
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a credit and collections role, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective credit and debt collection strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using credit management software and customer information systems
- Thorough understanding of relevant credit regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of credit and collections specialists
