Job Title: Web3 Finance Manager

Location: London / Hong Kong

Salary Range: Negotiable (Competitive cryptocurrency + fiat salary package)

Job Description:

1. Strategic and Financial Management:

○ Responsible for comprehensive financial management of the overseas Web3 business in line with the company's strategy and operational objectives, developing and optimizing the financial model for the Web3 business, including token economics analysis, revenue forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization.

○ Participate in the company's long-term financial planning, ensuring financial strategies align with business development goals.

2. Fund Management and Payment Solutions:

○ Manage cross-border fund flows, coordinate the exchange, custody, and payment solutions of fiat and cryptocurrency, ensuring efficient and secure fund operations.

○ Optimize the inflow and outflow channels of cryptocurrency and fiat, reducing transaction costs and enhancing fund utilization efficiency.

3. Accounting Processing and Compliance:

○ Lead the accounting treatment of cryptocurrency assets, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards.

○ Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and audit liaison, ensuring business compliance with cryptocurrency tax declaration and financial disclosure requirements in target countries.

○ Monitor global Web3 regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, and formulate response strategies to ensure financial compliance.

4. Token Issuance and Financing:

○ Collaborate closely with legal and technical teams to design token issuance and financing plans, ensuring a rational financing structure that complies with regulatory requirements.

○ Participate in financing activities for Web3 projects, including private placements, public offerings, and strategic partnerships, optimizing funding channels and capital structure.

5. Team Collaboration and Cross-Department Cooperation:

○ Collaborate with global teams to ensure financial strategies are in sync with business development, supporting multi-time zone and cross-cultural teamwork.

○ Work closely with technical, legal, and operations departments to ensure seamless integration of financial processes with business needs.
