Site Selection. Site Identification. Market Study and Site Assessment. Financial Planning and Analysis. Lessor/Franchisee Negotiation. Project Management. Real Estate Due Diligence.



Qualifications

  • Experience in Site Selection with Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge in Finance and strong Analytical capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to develop detailed business plans and conduct market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in business development or related roles
