• Co-facilitate in the preparation of long and short term plans and the formulation of guidelines for the consolidated budget of the Bank
• Set appropriate performance and service standards, aligned with the Bank's strategies and propose appropriate indicators or key result areas at the co
• Develop and implement relevant management reporting systems (e.g dashboard, scorecard, etc) and business analytics processes to track corporate performance and strategy implementation
• Provide project management support to department by conducting corporate research, analysis and data management
• Provide secretariat support for key Management Meetings
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Education: Graduate of Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economic or any 4 year business related course

Other Qualifications: 

• Must have at least two (2) years relevant experience in the preparation of project feasibility studies, financial analysis, process review, business development and strategic planning
