Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent based in Manila. The Call Center Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, responding to emails, providing accurate information, and maintaining customer records. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
• Prior experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
