What You’ll Do:

• Manage internal/external teams for application development, enhancement, and maintenance.
• Ensure SAP systems are secure, stable, and optimized.
• Evaluate and implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and operations.
• Design and review business solutions based on best practices.
• Oversee development, testing, and documentation of business requirements.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure effective internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with PLDT Group standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Mentor and develop team capabilities, foster collaboration and performance.
• Maintain expert knowledge in SAP functional modules and IT service domains.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-7 years of SAP FICO experience is required
• Experience in SAP and IT service delivery
• Experience in leading complex enterprise projects
• Preferably with Team Lead experience
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple IT domains (e.g., Change, Risk, Incident Management)
