  • Take orders, serve food, maintain cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and handle payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Assist with menu recommendations and special requests.
  • Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

职位要求

  • Job Title: Waiter
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food service preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, communication, teamwork, multitasking, attention to detail, hygiene, time management, physical stamina, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and potential for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, adaptable, reliable, and passionate about customer service.
