  • Greet and seat customers warmly.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders.

职位要求

  • Job Title: Waiter
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong teamwork and multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, standing for long periods, may involve evening and weekend shifts.
