About the role



We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Records Scanning) to join our team at Business Trends Philippines' in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's records and document management systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Scanning, indexing and digitizing physical records and documents to ensure efficient electronic storage and retrieval
  • Organising and maintaining the company's electronic filing system to keep documents easily accessible
  • Providing administrative support, such as data entry, file management and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of records
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed
  • What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using scanning equipment and document management software
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for maintaining accurate and well-organized records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience
