簡介
- Oversee staff on a daily basis, perform toolbox meeting at least 10 mins
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Respond to Company’s complaints and on-call personnel request beyond working hours
- Ensure completion of work orders on timely and accurately
- Report any untoward incidents, working conditions and health hazards of Contractors personnel
- Establish Housekeeping plan (monthly, quarterly and annually) approved by End user or authorized representative of the Company
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment required in the performance of the Services
- Ensure that billing statements, approval of KPIs are monitored and timely submission to Head Office Accounting within fifteen (15) days from completion of the Services
- Ensure Compliance to Company’s Policy, such as ensuring that all additional or augmentation work orders are covered by a Purchase Order, escalate or report to Procurement Contract owner
- Ensure compliance to DOLE’s requirement (rest day of employee at least once a week)
- Arrange personnel deployment during emergency requirements
職位要求
- Work experience as a Supervisor or similar role for at least 3 years
- Good communication skills including the ability to listen carefully and ask the right questions to gain clarification
- Hands-on experience in Janitorial both General and Operations, Gardening, Waste Management disposal and Maintenance of Ground and Buildings for large organizations
- Ability to use Janitorial Tools and Equipment
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts
