Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Control Officer based in Cebu. The Cost Control Officer will be responsible for monitoring and managing the hotel’s cost structure, ensuring cost efficiency, and optimizing budget utilization. Day-to-day tasks include cost accounting, analyzing financial data, preparing cost reports, and implementing cost-saving measures. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to promote cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
  • Strong skills in Cost Accounting and Finance
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
