簡介

  • As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer disputes related to financial accounts.
  • You will work closely with customers, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial losses.
  • Process disputed items according to the association and federal government guidelines
  • Correspond with cardholders, merchants, and merchant banks as part of processing dispute cases
  • Manage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacks

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 6 months of experience in Financial services in BPO setting.  
  • At least SHS/High School Grad (old curriculum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to ask probing questions and problem resolution skills. 
  • Ability to follow instructions for specific customer resolutions tasks. 
  • Willing to work ONSITE in Eastwood & BGC sites.
