A Customer Service Representative for a healthcare account is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance partners. Their duties include answering inquiries about medical services, insurance coverage, billing, claims, and appointment scheduling while ensuring accurate and timely information is provided in compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy policies. They are expected to display empathy, patience, and professionalism while resolving concerns, processing requests, and updating patient records, contributing to a positive experience for all clients and supporting overall healthcare operations.

職位要求

• College Graduate with or without experience

• Completed 2 years in College with 6 mos BPO or customer service related experience

• Excellent English communication skills

• Basic knowledge with MS Office

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays

• Amenable to report on site (Bridgetowne, QC)

• Amenable to report on a night shift schedule
