- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.

- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales training, people management, leadership development, excellent communication, and coaching abilities.
- Working Conditions: Active environment, flexible hours, requires physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Energetic, approachable, disciplined, and passionate about fitness.
