簡介
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze data to determine appropriate pay levels.
- Administer the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act, local labor laws).
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and timely.
- Coordinate open enrollment periods and communicate benefit changes to employees.
- Analyze benefit program costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Manage leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and roster leave.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Superior
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
