At Alehar, as an international boutique investment bank, we specialize in Fundraising, M&A, Fractional CFO Team and Fractional Investment Team services for startups, medium-sized businesses and investors. Our mission is to help business leaders get the corporate finance support essential to building extraordinary companies.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

Role

You’ll dive into the world of investment banking advisory, gaining hands-on experience and exposure from day one. Your efforts will directly support our senior team members and contribute to the success of our clients. In this role, you will:

Support team members in preparation of financial and strategic analyses
Research industry trends and prepare comprehensive sector reports
Support the execution of corporate finance advisory transactions
Aid in commercial activities to help us source new clients
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the creation of compelling content

You Need These Qualifications

You are currently pursuing your Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, IT, Math or Economics. If you have a degree in another discipline but you can demonstrate a passion for finance you are certainly welcome to apply
You have a team-focused entrepreneurial personality with a ‘high growth’ mindset
You possess a self-empowered work style with drive to execute work independently
You have a strong affinity for both the analytical/quantitative and commercial aspects of the advisory business

It would be nice if

You have international experience, adding a global perspective to your work
You have completed the CFA Level 1 exam
