Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients, members, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with inquiries about coverage, claims, billing, and enrollment.
• Provide clear and empathetic support while ensuring accurate information is delivered.
• Update customer records and document all interactions in the system.
• Follow HIPAA and company data privacy standards at all times.
• Achieve performance goals such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team leads for escalations and process updates.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, or College Level.
• No BPO experience needed — beginners are welcome!
• Basic English communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work with shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.
