Southeastcare Insurance Services is an insurance agency and marketing company based in Cebu, Philippines catering to all sorts of individual and corporate clients. We help them thru our administrative, underwriting, employee benefit design, risk management, and customer service strategies.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant at Southeastcare Insurance Services. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operations, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, operations management, and delivering exceptional customer service to Southeastcare's clients.


Requirements

  • College Graduate
  • Have experience in an administrative or operational support role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Relevant experience in records management is a plus
  • Comfortable talking to clients and partners professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Organized, trustworthy, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
  • Can handle pressure and fast-moving tasks without dropping the ball
  • Confident and with sense of commitment
