簡介

The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will perform the following functions:

  • Payroll administration (payroll process management including process improvement, payroll-related government regulations including taxation)
  • Benefits management and administration including government-mandated benefits
  • Digitalization of related processes

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any relevant field
  • At least 3 years work experience in payroll / compensation function or its equivalent
  • Strong computer skills including accounting databases, Excel and other software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
