Job Summary:

The Product Manager at Pro-Solutions Technology Company is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful development and launch of innovative software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective project management, and strong communication skills to align business goals with customer needs.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define the product strategy by setting goals, identifying key features, and establishing success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product direction.

Project Management & Execution:

• Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and assign tasks to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Develop project schedules, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to key milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate project progress, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure transparency and facilitate effective decision-making by providing clear and timely information.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to improve product offerings.

Change Management & Process Improvement:

• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements while assessing their impact on resources and deliverables.

• Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product development and execution.
• Conduct regular project meetings to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
