簡介
- Oversee daily production operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and train production staff.
- Monitor production schedules and performance metrics.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Prepare production reports for management review.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll processing, verifying time and attendance records, calculating records, calculating deductions, issuing payments
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Generate regular payroll reports for management, including summaries of payroll activity, and other relevant data.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or relevant role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in system design, with strong project management capabilities, and exceptional planning skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, manage inventory, and implement process improvements.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
