Assist in the development and implementation of PYOIC’s Food Safety Program
Lead the review of the company’s Food Safety program
Maintain and update the Food Safety Program
Coordinate with the department heads on the Food Safety training of all employees
Assist in the verification of procedures relating to Food Safety
Assist in investigation of product complaints relating to Food Safety
Prepare / review documents and records relating to Food Safety Management System (Food Safety Manual, HACCP Plan)
In charge of internal food safety quality audits
In charge of external quality audits of clients and government regulatory agencies
Liaise with non-government and government regulatory agencies to keep updated on Food Safety regulations
Manage and oversee documents related to quality management system
Ensure that documents are properly created, signed, distributed and cascaded to concerned employees
Ensure documents are stored, backed up and retention policies are followed
Detail-oriented
Can effectively communicate in English (verbal & written).
Has the ability to initiate improvements
Can work with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal communication

Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry or other related science course
At least 3 years full-time experience in Quality Assurance, with knowledge in Food Safety and HACCP System; has attended Food Safety and HACCP seminar
