About the Role

FoodSHAP Inc. is looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating instructional materials that enhance the learning experience of Food Safety Training Students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Sales Strategy – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Needs Assessment – Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Market Research – Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, graphics, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Sales Reporting – Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide reports to management.
• Continuous Growth – Seek client feedback and refine sales strategies for ongoing improvement.

What We're Looking For 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Sales Skills: Strong ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch to clients confidently.
• Customer Focus: Proven ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaboration: Ability to work with internal teams to develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
• Target-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
