We are looking for a dedicated and organized Librarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and operating the library, ensuring its efficiency and accessibility for students and educators. This role requires expertise in library resource management, facility utilization, and providing support to library users.

Key Responsibilities

Library Management & Operations:

• Oversee the organization and circulation of library resources.
• Maintain an orderly and efficient library environment.
• Ensure the proper utilization of library facilities and services.

Student & Educator Support:

• Assist students and educators with their research and library needs.
• Guide users in accessing digital and physical library materials.

General & Administrative Duties:

• Perform inventory checks and cataloging of books and other resources.
• Implement library policies and procedures for effective resource management.
• Conduct activities that promote reading and information literacy.
• Carry out additional tasks related to library operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
• Professional Librarian license is a plus.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Must be amenable to work within Mother Ignacia, Quezon City.
