Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Organizational Development:
- Redesign org structures across multiple companies to support scale
- Build systems and workflows that fuel sustainable growth
2. Institutionalize Best Practices:
- Standardize HR processes across recruitment, performance, compensation, payroll, and benefits
- Develop frameworks that are scalable and not reliant on individual personalities
3. Recruit and Build the Team:
- Attract top-tier talent and ensure the right people are on the bus
- Coach and develop existing team members toward high performance
4. Build a Learning Culture:
- Champion continuous learning and growth
5. Uphold Culture & Values:
6. Support Business Units Holistically
- Partner with departments like Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Finance, IT, HR, and General Services
- Assess and elevate people performance across all functions
7. Manage Outsourced Manpower:
- Align outsourced staff with our brand, expectations, and values
- Ensure integration and consistency in service delivery
Core HR Functions You’ll Lead:
- Workforce Planning & Recruitment – Job design, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
- Employee Relations – Conflict resolution, discipline, and culture building
- Training & Development – Training needs analysis, program design, coaching
- Performance Management – KPI setting, appraisals, feedback
- Compensation & Benefits – Salary structure, payroll, incentives
- Organizational Development – Succession planning, change management
- Compliance & Policy Management – Labor law compliance, policy development
- HR Information Systems – HRIS setup, reporting, analytics
- Personnel Administration – Records management, timekeeping, leave tracking
- Outsourced Manpower & Vendor Management – Staff monitoring, vendor alignment, contract oversight
Professional Experience:
- 10+ years of HR leadership in Retail Industry
- Proven track record in organizational development, recruitment, performance systems, and learning & development
- Strong in implementation, process rollout, and project management
- Experience managing outsourced manpower and navigating shared service environments
