The Senior Operations Associate will contribute to supporting back-office tasks by processing account adjustments and complaint resolution.


What you will do:

  • Processing of adjustment related to disputes
  • Complaint resolution
  • Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of adjustments


What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
  • With at least 1 year experience in credit card operations, especially in clearing and adjustments
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access
  • Has excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to details
