As Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, playing a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping

Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Maintain and update the general ledger

Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings

Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
