Description
- Assisting in financial reporting, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements.
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with audits and compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding financial matters
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with accounting software, strong analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, may occasionally require overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, strong communication abilities, proactive problem-solver.
