We are looking for a Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Mortgage processing and packaging
  • Liaising with intermediaries, solicitors, surveyors etc.
  • Dealing with phone / email enquiries
  • Updating customers on application progress
  • Supporting the Managing Director and mortgage advisors
  • The core of service levels within the business

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills ( phone / in person / written )
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Attention to detail / organised / professional
  • Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
  • Advanced in mircosoft excel, word and access

Work Location:

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
