Description

  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers post-purchase.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for solutions.
  • Document support interactions and update the knowledge base.

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience as a technician or in quality audit roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in technical tasks, quality inspection, and documentation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Working Conditions: Generally office-based with occasional fieldwork; may involve manual tasks.
