Position Description

  • Providing clear direction and guidance to team members.
  • Developing comprehensive service procedures, policies and standards to enhance service quality, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee and ensure the creation and support of sales orders from customers
  • Oversee and ensure the purchase orders are submitted via different communication channels.
  • Coordinate with the local warehouse on order fulfillment and ensure the completion of orders.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Improve customer service processes to generate higher customer satisfaction and increase loyalty.
  • Consistent collaboration with counterparts to provide the best customer support.
  • Involvement in recruitment to ensure new hires are well-suited to the team's needs.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate personnel to improve performance and for career growth.
  • Promoting a collaborative and cohesive team culture.
  • Implementing conflict resolution strategies to maintain a positive work environment

Position Requirements

  • Basic knowledge and/or skills in a subject area that normally were acquired within the scope of university education
  • The required degree is the bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification.
  • More than 4 years of relevant professional experience required.
  • More than 4 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain or Customer Care functions.

Personal Requirements

  • Ability to lead a team with diverse group of individuals.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload under pressure.
  • Desire to drive standardization and process improvement is a must-have.
  • A Can do attitude and willingness to lead others through change
