Description
- Overseeing store operations, including staff scheduling, performance rating, and addressing employee concerns
- Setting sales target, motivating staff, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits
- Managing stock levels
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- With experience as Sales Supervisor/Branch Supervisor/Store Supervisor
- Knowledge in doing sales report and other reports
- Knowledge in retail operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
