Description
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for EPC and O&M services.
- Manage and track client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and proper escalation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to gather data needed for proposals.
- Maintain and update the client/project database (CRM or tracker).
- Support in developing marketing materials and service clarifications for client presentations.
- Conduct basic market research to identify upcoming opportunities and trends.
- Help monitor ongoing contracts and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Assist in internal process improvements, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in sales support, business development, or renewable energy is a plus.
